AGPOM

The Association og Green Property Owners and ManagerThe Association of Green Property Owners and Managers (AGPOM) is a 501(c)(6) non-profit organization that helps property owners and managers realize the value of environmental-friendly pursuits while offering incentives that stimulate participation. The association focuses on existing buildings and targets specific real estate segments as outlined below. Their approach, which stems from a connection between “Going Green” and risk control, drives meaningful improvements to the bottom line of members using a straightforward strategy to “Greening” a business.

Through AGPOM, members are able to leverage many “Green” benefits without making large investments in technology or manpower. Fulcrum maintains exclusive rights to serve the insurance needs of AGPOM membership. We also have the ability to offer AGPOM membership to new customers as part of our value-added insurance platform. All eligible program participants receive membership in AGPOM in addition to their insurance product. We recognize a correlation between quality of risk and “Going Green”. As such, the “Greener” an insured, the lower their premiums in our program.
