Fulcrum Insurance Programs (formerly Mainstay Insurance) launches platform to reduce claims by controlling risk, with Succeed Management Solution’s Risk Management Center.
Mainstay Insurance Group was founded by Dusty Rowland and Eric Arthur in 2008. Upon their three year anniversary, the decision was made to rename and rebrand the company. “Part of our motivation,” says Eric Arthur, EVP and Product Director, “was a renewed focus on driving tangible value to our retail brokers and insureds. To that end, we’ve partnered with Succeed in an ongoing effort to expand the capabilities of our programs”.
The Succeed platform creates meaningful value and comes at no additional charge to Fulcrum customers. Risk Management is now a cornerstone of Fulcrum Programs. - A comprehensive risk management and Human Resource library (with roughly 1400 bilingual documents including policies, training materials and more).
- A section of the platform (called “My Content”) to easily build a risk management program with the click of a button.
- A suite of software applications to assist in:
- Reporting Claims
- Trending losses to better identify areas in the organization where controls can be implemented
- Tracking Certificates of Insurance, and
- Tracking Employee Training
Implementation of these risk management tools solidifies Fulcrum’s commitment to reducing claims for their customers. “After a thorough review of the platform, the decision to move forward with Succeed was clear.
